«Уголовный нацпроект»: в Кувандыке подрядчик «сэкономил» на благоустройстве набережной
В Оренбургской области Кувандыкская межрайонная прокуратура провела проверку исполнения законодательства о закупках и выявила признаки мошенничества со средствами, выделенными для реализации национального проекта «Жилье и городская среда».
По информации пресс-службы областной прокуратуры, администрация Кувандыкского городского округа в 2019 году заключила контракт с подрядчиком на благоустройство набережной Сакмары. Его стоимость составила 19 млн. рублей.
Согласно договору, подрядная организация должна была установить на объекте уличные тренажеры, качели, обустроить фонтан и построить детский деревянный городок.

При выполнении работ компания для хищения денежный средств умышленно занизила стоимость части затрат. Так, например, при изготовлении и установке деревянного городка использовался дешевый материал, который не соответствовал техзаданию.
В результате, при выполнении контракта было потрачено на 400 тысяч рублей меньше, чем оплатил заказчик. Бюджету области и городского округа причинен ущерб на данную сумму.
По материалам прокурорской проверки возбуждено уголовное дело по статье «Мошенничество, совершенное с использованием служебного положения, в крупном размере». В настоящее время межрайонная прокуратура установила контроль за
ходом его расследования.
