Сенатор Афанасьева раскритиковала SHAMAN за регистрацию бренда «Я русский»
Сенатор от Оренбургской области Елена Афанасьева (ЛДПР) раскритиковала артиста SHAMAN (Ярослав Дронов) за заявку на регистрацию бренда «Я русский». Она призвала Роспатент отказать певцу в регистрации.
Ранее SHAMAN подал две заявки в Роспатент. Первая касается регистрации торговой марки для водки под названием «Я русский», вторая охватывает широкий спектр товаров и услуг — от продуктов питания до сетей салонов красоты, кафе, ресторанов, одежды, косметики и ювелирной продукции.
Афанасьева полагает, что зарегистрировать фразу «Я русский» нельзя.
— Так говорят о себе русские люди. По национальности, по духу. Так говорят о себе россияне. Как возможно зарегистрировать за кем- то эту фразу?! Эта фраза — бренд русского мира, а не отдельно взятого певца или предпринимателя. Это тоже самое, что фраза «Матушка-земля», — отметила сенатор.

— Полагаю, Ярославу Дронову (Шаману) надо взяться за ум и перестать дурить. Звезды зажигают люди. Так недолго и всех поклонников растерять. Роспатенту ни в коем случае ни делать ошибки, не регистрировать это как бренд, — заключила Елена Афанасьева.
